With Engineer

$80 an hour (2 Hour Minimum)

$300 - 4 Hour Block

Without Engineer

$45 an hour

$35 on 6+ hour blocks

Mixing

$150-350 dependent upon genre, number of tracks in song. Comes with 2 series of revisions ($30 per round of revisions after that). Discount rate offered for EP, album projects.

Mastering

$50 a track. Discount rate offered for EP, album projects. (Once a track is Mastered - any changes requested to the mix will result in an additional $20 re-mastering charge)

Post Production Editing / ADR

Done on an hourly rate, inquire for quote on a project. Access to Hollywood sound libraries.

$800-$1000 (Dependent upon the complexity of the song) Includes: Original music, production and instrumentation, studio time, recording, mixing, mastering, songwriting (if desired). Studio Booking Contract

1. The Client agrees to pay for studio time at the rate in effect at the time of booking. Specified deposit is required to book any session. Session time is not held until deposit is sent.  50% of deposit is refundable if canceled outside 24 hours from the session start. 100% of deposit will be kept if canceled within 24 hours of session start.

2. Sessions booked without an engineer will be paid in full in advance or upon arrival. Valid Government ID is required to be shown on arrival by Client. Information is saved for duration of session. Extensions on session time may be requested pending studio availability, and paid for before leaving the studio.

3. The Client booking shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the Studio, or the Studio’s property that is caused as a direct result of misuse, negligence and/or careless actions by the Client or any part of the Client’s party. Client will be responsible for the full amount of any stolen gear.

4. There are strict parking rules. Two spots have been reserved for the studio, additional parking is first come first serve. You will receive a parking map upon booking. Failure to adhere to parking rules and parking in another businesses spot will result in additional cars being asked to leave.

5. Sessions have been arranged for you, the time starts when the session was booked for (not when you arrive). If the Client arrives late for a scheduled session, he/she will be responsible for payment of the period of time he/she was scheduled. This amount includes payment for a sound engineer, if included when booked. The Studio shall not transfer recording files or copies thereof to the Client or Client’s representative until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Engineers do not have the authority to negotiate booking times.

6. The Studio is 4/20 friendly. Tobacco/cigarettes are to be smoked outside in the parking lot. Any violation will result in a $100 cleaning fee to remove the smell/service equipment effected.

7. If the Client rents the studio facilities without the Studio’s engineer, the Studio is not responsible for any files left on the Studio’s computers at the conclusion of the recording session. Due to Privacy and Security purposes, all files will be permanently deleted from all computers immediately following the Client’s session.

8. The Client hereby releases the Studio from any liability for  harm or damage that may occur to property, equipment, or persons in Client’s party while on Studio grounds.

9. When Studio session/rental is booked,  the time the Client has requested is then reserved for the Client and becomes unavailable for others to rent. If the Client chooses to end the session early, the Client will still be responsible for payment for the entire time in which they have reserved. The Client will not be entitled to a refund or credit if they choose not to utilize the time reserved in its entirety.

10. The client releases the studio from liability to personal injury while on premises.

11. Dogs/Pets are not allowed inside the studio or in the parking lot. No exceptions.
